Returns and Warranty

All Thermacell® products have a limited, 1-year local warranty. We stand behind our products and will do a 1-for-1 replacement for any malfunctioning portable, lantern, torch or accessory while it is still under warranty. Please retain original receipts to be produced during the exchange process.
(Cartidges and repellent mats are exempted from warranty)

BEFORE MAKING A RETURN

Before returning a Mosquito Repellent device, try changing the cartridges to ensure the problem is with the device and not the cartridge. Next, turn the ON/OFF switch to the ON position and let the gas flow for 2 minutes before hitting the START button. This will clean out the device and often corrects the problem.

Exchange PROCEDURE FOR RETAIL PURCHASES

If the purchase was from a retail location, please bring your product to that store. Retail refunds and exchanges will be governed by the retailer's return policy. Please retain original receipts to be produced during the exchange process.
