All Thermacell® products have a limited, 1-year warranty. We stand behind our products and will do a 1-for-1 replacement for any malfunctioning repeller, lantern, torch or accessory while it is still under warranty. Original receipts must be provided during the exchange process.

BEFORE MAKING A RETURN
Before returning a Mosquito Repellent Repeller, try changing the cartridges to ensure the problem is with the device and not the cartridge. Next, turn the on/off switch to the on position and let the gas flow for 2 minutes before hitting the start button. This will clean out the repeller and often corrects the problem.

If the purchase was from a retail location, please bring your product to that store. Original receipts are necessary for any exchanges.
